I know this blog is all about improving horrible habits, but sometimes those bad habits are not so bad. Sometimes you just need to sit back and embrace the bad habits!
Take coffee for example. Many studies show that coffee is bad because of all of the caffeine and can cause an upset stomach. But on the positive side, coffee helps regulate your mood as well as keeping you alert!
Another habit that should stay is skipping a workout. Not gonna lie, I did a little dance when I read this: skipping workouts gives the muscle time to repair and to gain strength. It’s great to be active, but don’t get burnt out on workouts if you’re on a strict routine.
See, bad habits are not so bad! Ha ha, I made a joke!
